just found something in the correspondence between the accursed
vendor and ourselves... which will bury them...
from what i remember from my Contract Law 101, they just
misrepresented themselves and i have proof..
now, i wonder if it was negligent or wilful
misrepresentation...
and if it gets to the point where we have to sue them, i think the
courts will not like the fact that they knew what we wanted,
represented themselves such that they knew what we wanted, yet
after awarding the contract, they play dumb...
now to cross every T and dot every I.. i will put together all
these things, go consult our Legal side and then put them to the
sword on friday if necessary..
so, either they play ball, or they die 
but won't be hostile to them first.. let the boss go do some PR and
see if she can cajole them into doing the thing properly.. if not,
they die ugly
